MEM’s Return Policy

At MEMsbodycream.com, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the unused product 7 days from the day your received the product for 100% money back on that item. Used product would not be accepted as returns.  Please allow 7-10 business days from when the item is delivered for your return order to be processed.  You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional time tom process and post the transaction to your account, once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

Please kindly inform MEMs at memsbodycream@gmail.com before you send back or return the product. Carefully pack items into a box, seal the box properly and kindly mail it back to the return address that will be provided to you via email.
